We ship all orders within 3-5 business days after your order is received. 

Orders processed in the US will take 7-12 business days to arrive.

 For international orders, it can take between 7-15 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking details once your package is on the way.

Please contact us directly to know which address you should ship any returns to, as each customer is associated with the closest fulfillment center to their geographic location.

We ship worldwide and we also offer free shipping! We also run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since we delivered your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We understand that returning a product is never a great experience for a customer,
and most issues may be resolved without having to return your item. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly at sales@morsale.com 

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders.

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, within 24 hours, we can cancel the order. 


We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.


If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!
