Lemme tell you, this sputnik chandelier is a great addition to our loft. One thing is that it was very painful to put together since each rod needs to be screwed in. One other reviewer mentioned to use some lube or grease and that helped tremendously. The "tap" to clean out the threads was useless because the T handle would hit the rods the were already installed, so if you plan to tap it, then do it first.

Love this chandelier!! It's beautiful but there is a big BUTT! With all personal things aside, If you have 12' ceilings..um..be warned. It twernt easy. This is very well made! But with that comes weight. It was quite heavy if you have to maneuver it up a high ceiling. Putting it together was easy enough, but a little time consuming,
