What is K9 Crystal?
K9 is an Optical Borosilicate Crown Crystal (Optically Clear) with low inclusions and imperfections ideal for use in lenses and prisms, optics, and decorative crystal lighting. It has good physical properties and can be polished similar to lead crystal, weighing approximately 15 percent less than full leaded crystal having a lead content of only 10 percent. K9 crystal offers a high refractive index and high clarity making it a good option for the manufacture of high-end chandeliers offering both durability and excellent quality.

I’ve never seen directions so horrible for a product before. It was a one page tiny diagram with confusing Chinese to English translation issues. I don’t even think the included directions were for my particular light. I tossed those directions out quick. Luckily I didn’t need them anyways because I know what I’m doing. If you don’t have some sort of electrical knowledge I wouldn’t buy this because I wouldn’t count on using the included directions to help you. Other than that the light is awesome looks great and was exactly what I wanted.
Looks great in room, and considerably more expensive than the purchase price. Our electrician installed the fixture with ease. That said, we decided after his install it would look better adjusted to the shorter height, and with two people were able to fairly easily make the change.
It is a little tedious to get all of the main arms installed and some of the allen screws wouldn't loosen which made twisting the secondary arms challenging. But with a little patience I can't be happier with the high end look of it. Our ceiling is 9' and with both downrods used, the lowest bulb is about 6'4" from the floor.
