Morsale offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. All items ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on availability, destination, and the safest handling method for your product. Shipping carriers are selected to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery of fragile lighting and home décor.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be displayed on the product page or communicated after ordering.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
7-10 business days for standard delivery within the contiguous U.S.
Rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, customs delays, or carrier volume, especially during holiday seasons.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
If tracking seems delayed or shows unusual status, please contact us at sales@morsale.com and we will assist you promptly.
Shipment Inspection Upon Delivery
Because our products are fragile and handcrafted, we ask that you inspect your shipment upon arrival.
If you notice visible damage, missing parts, or defects, please notify us within 48 hours by sending:

This ensures we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or does not show movement for an extended period, contact us as soon as possible.
We will work directly with DHL, UPS, or FedEx to locate the order and—if necessary—ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Large or Oversized Deliveries
Some larger chandeliers or fixtures may ship in multiple boxes or require a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure that someone is available to accept the shipment if required by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
We will attempt to reroute the package if possible.
Any additional fees charged by the carrier may be billed to the customer.
If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship once the correct address is confirmed.
International Orders & Customs Duties
For orders shipped outside of the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Morsale does not collect or cover customs fees and is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during international delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations and potential fees prior to placing your order.
